Demolition at 1581 S Mabry WAY

We will be removing a wall in the living room and eliminating the closets behind it. This area backs into the 1st bedroom we will work out of. The far west wall of that room is currently closet space. That closet space will be eliminated and that wall will become the wall separating the bedroom from the living room. So we will frame in that wall opening to become that new wall separating the living room and bedroom. We will be removing a second wall between the 2 bedrooms to create one large room. We will be removing the wall surface of a wall in the second bedroom to create the space for a new bathroom. We will be removing the wood floor in a 5' x 8' flooring area and probably subfloor for putting in water proofing and water proof surfaces for a shower and new flooring for a bathroom.
